The Hayes Theater Rules

If you plan to buy tickets to a show at the Hayes Theater in NYC, make sure you’re aware of the rules in place at the venue. They include:

» All ticket sales completed through the Hayes Theater’s box office are final, and no refunds are available. Ticket exchanges are possible up to 48 hours before a performance, but a $10 exchange fee is required.

» Performances, performers, and ticket prices are all subject to change.

» Single-ticket purchases cannot top nine tickets per order or 50 tickers per production. Anyone interested in group ticket sales should email [email protected].

» Children under four cannot attend shows at the Hayes Theater.

» Anyone who arrives for a show late will be seated during performance breaks at the theater staff’s discretion.

» The Hayes Theater doesn’t have a dress code.

» Guests may bring small purses and crossbody bags into the Hayes Theater, but larger bags are not allowed.
